Kinomichi Instructors International Association

Kinomichi Instructors International Association (KIIA) is an organisation for instructors of the art of movement kinomichi. The organisation was created in 2001. It brings the instructors of the art together at an international level in order to promote, organize, federate and unify the teaching and the practice of kinomichi. Its mission was determined by Masamichi Noro, the discipline’s founder. The KIIA delegates its powers at the national level, and oversees the duties of each toward the founding master, the discipline and the community of practitioners. It functions as a completely independent organization in accordance with the position established by Masamichi Noro. It perpetuates the teaching of Masamichi Noro and preserves the ethic of budo. It is affiliated with the Fédération française d'aïkido, aïkibudo et affinitaires, FFAAA. The headquarters of the KIIA is in France, and its president is Hubert Thomas.
