Kinlough (Irish: Cionn Locha) is a village in County Leitrim, Ireland.
Kinlough (cionn Locha, which means head of the lake) is at the head of Lough Melvin. It is a village situated about 2 miles from Bundoran, County Donegal, about 13 miles from Manorhamilton.

Lough Melvin is famous for it's fishing. The lake runs from Kinlough to Garrison which is in County Fermanagh. The first salmon of the year has often been caught on the river Drowes which runs from the lake.
