Kinley Dorji

Kinley Dorji is the Managing Director and Editor in Chief of Kuensel, Bhutan's national newspaper. In addition, he is the outgoing Chief Commissioner of the Bhutan Scout Tshogpa.

He has been a strong proponent of Gross National Happiness (GNH) as an alternative for Human Development[1]^{[dead link]}
