[edit] Career

Wang began his media career in modelling and has attracted public attention with his figure and looks. Many feel that Wang's attractive figure is a combination of the Hong Kong Popstar Andy Lau (劉德華) and Taiwanese Popstar Jay Chou (周杰倫).[citation needed] Wang was signed by Sony Music (Taiwan) to form a 6-man group Comic Boyz (可米小子) in 2002 where he acted as the leader of the group. Wang and the group played in several Taiwanese Trendy Dramas and has released a total of 3 albums ( Hey Hah! 可米小子 2002, 青春紀念冊 2003, Goodbye 可米小子新歌+精選 2005) before being disbanded in 2005.

After Comic Boyz disbanded, Wang continued to pursue his career in the Taiwanese entertainment industry, hosting TV shows and playing supporting roles in TV Trendy Dramas (偶像劇). In 2005, Wang landed a role as a supporting male act in the drama <Scorpion> (魔蠍) which gained him his first public award – Best Supporting Male Act (最佳戲劇類男配角獎) in the Taiwanese Annual Entertainment Golden Bell Awards (金鐘獎). Other recent leading roles include <Why Why Love> (換換愛) 2007 and <Devil Beside You> (惡魔在身邊) 2005 with Mike He (賀軍翔) and Rainie Yang (楊丞琳), where he played a large shopping centre's rich CEO and a caring university basketball team captain respectively. As well as performing in the TV dramas, Kingone is keen to continue his career in singing. He has been signed by Ocean Butterflies Music Group Ltd., and has released his first personal EP "換換愛" in August 14, 2007.

Wang is also highly educated, able to speak English, Mandarin and Taiwanese, and is currently completing a Graduate degree in Philosophy at Chinese Culture University, Taipei (中國文化大學哲學研究所)
