King Richard was the name of three monarchs in English history:
- Richard I of England, commonly referred to as Richard the Lionheart
- Richard II of England
- Richard III of England
Although there was no King Richard IV of England, this title can sometimes refer to:
- Richard, Duke of York, one of the Princes in the Tower, who would have been Richard IV of England if he had lived
- The fictional King Richard IV of England from Blackadder, a grown up version of the above.
- Perkin Warbeck, a pretender who claimed to be Richard, Duke of York
"King Richard" can also refer to:
- King Richard font by Ray Larabie
- the nickname of Dick Reynolds, an Australian rules footballer
- the nickname of Richard Petty, former NASCAR stock car driver
Richard I was killed by an infected arrow that was shot at him by a traitorous archer.
