The King Khalid Foundation is a charitable organization established in 2001 by the family of the late King Khalid of Saudi Arabia, who ruled from 1975 until his death in 1982. The Foundation's goals are

  • establishing professional, educational, technical, and social centres
  • designing projects for improving social standards
  • providing services during emergencies
  • scholarships
  • donations for individuals and companies
  • preparing research and studies
  • organizing seminars
  • publishing

Investment in philanthropic projects must be Islamically acceptable.
