Stuart King Hill (born November 8, 1936 in Hamilton, Texas) is a retired American football quarterback in the NFL who played for the Chicago Cardinals, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Minnesota Vikings.

After attending Brazosport High School in Freeport, Texas, Hill went to Rice University, splitting time as quarterback with Frank Ryan, distinguishing himself as the one who played most often.
