RE: HP
I did it because the links in the references section were leading the page to have a horizontal scrollbar.. it is still a citation though. --Jennica 17:36, 9 May 2007 (UTC)

MartinBotIII task
Hi - I've been thinking about this task, and am quite uncomfortable to tag every article in the category as a stub, when so few actually are. Having the seperate unassessed cat should make it easier to assess article, without having to trawl through the whole stub cateogry to find unassessed articles. However, I have been playing around with the plugin's code, and can (at least to start with) have it run through the category and add the autostub parameter if the article either contains a stub template, or is below a certain length. With this done, it's easy for me to do more runs in future if it still seems right to mark them all as stubs. What do you think? Also, can you suggest a length to be considered a stub (in character count). Thanks! Martinp23 12:53, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry - I only saw your latest message just now - I'll get the task done towards the weekend. Thanks, Martinp23 18:22, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not too sure - I seem to recall seeing 1500 characters touted as a possible count in places... Martinp23 18:27, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- No problem - should be finished in about 2 hours. Martinp23 12:57, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
- All done now - are you happy with the results? Martinp23 13:53, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
Hello Kimon. The Firearms Wikiproject is having an infobox drive. The purpose of this is to ensure that most (if not all) of the articles within our scope have the relevant infoboxes. The start date will be May 28th. If you choose to participate, go to our project page and pick an article under the To-do list's Infobox section or look for firearm articles that need an infobox. Before you start editing an article, please cross it out on the list so that we don't have editor's work clashing. The drive will last for five days. If you are interested, please RSVP to LWF. Thank you, the Firearms Wikiproject. --Seed 2.0 09:19, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

LOL Reversion
Hello Kimmon! Just out of curiosity, why were my edits to LOL reverted - I believe they were deemed unconstructive. I would be more than welcome to acquire a more specific reason why they were reverted thus. If my modus operandi is somewhat differing to the policies of wikipedia, I will alter it likewise. The least of my intent is to disrupt and essentially mar the fundamental keystone of Wikipedia. Awaiting your reply, MorningRazor 18:15, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
Kimon, Thanks for the Greek wording of his name, a bit fitting given the name mix up. PEACETalkAbout 17:17, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
I've copy-edited this article. Would you have a look to see if it reads better? --Archaro 19:32, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, I don't have references - I'm just WikiGnoming the copy-edit category. I'm happy to help out your project by copy-editing any articles you care to throw at me, though! --Archaro 06:11, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

Kimon, your new Infobox Patriarch is excellent. Let's replace the one I designed with your new, improved version. Thank you. Majoreditor 23:42, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
I removed the fact tag you left. A quick look at the city seal in the infobox will establish that Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America, as that is in fact the city's official nickname. If you drop a fact tag on an article, please use the talk page to explain why you have done so. Thank you. Horologium t-c 17:10, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

There appears to be an issue with your Template:WPFlorida when used in conjunction with Template:WikiProjectBannerShell. When WPFlorida is added to the banner shell, there is a significant space, roughly equal to the size of one tag, immediately below the WPFlorida banner. This does not occur with other wikiproject tags added to the banner shell. I thought it would be better to tell you about it rather than trying to fix it myself. Thanks! Wikiproject:Terrorism
Greetings,
I was hoping I could get some input from you, about the proposed mergerof Wikipedia:WikiProject Terrorism and counter-terrorism with Wikiproject:Terrorism. It seems there's a lot of overlap between the two projects, and if we spent a few days merging the lists of articles, sharing ideas and collaborating on improving the same articles which both projects are focused on improving...we could really make some headway. Whether you're in favour, or against, the idea of a merger - I'd appreciate some feedback regardless. Much thanks. Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 21:30, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

WPGUNS Template
I stumbled upon User:Kimon/WPGUNS. Impressive. I made the original I have been meaning to go to work on just this sort of thing, but then I saw this and, well, there it is. I noticed it was created a few months back but I haven't heard anything about it anywhere. It wouldn't by chance be ready for implementation? If so, it would be awesome to do it after a post to the project talk page and a short wait. Thoughts? If you're comfortable with it, I could roll on with implementation as it seems you're busy with real life. —Thernlund (Talk | Contribs) 18:50, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
- I've been playing with it and see now that it is not ready to implement. I have however copied it and done some work to bring it up to snuff. Again, if you don't mind, I'd like to continue work and later implement. Comments? —Thernlund (Talk | Contribs) 19:09, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
-
- Nevermind. I found some major problems in it so i reworked the whole thing. It's still based on the MILHIST one to a large extent. Thanks for your work. It lit a fire under me. ;-) —Thernlund (Talk | Contribs) 01:06, 30 August 2007 (UTC)

- The three-month long Summer Assessment Drive, organized by Psychless, was a huge success! It ran from June 1 – September 1, and reduced the backlog of unassessed articles from 113,385 to 56,237. In all, over 100,000 articles were assessed. Over 60 people contributed in some way.
- A barnstar has been created for exceptional work on Wikipedia biographies and for assisting the project. The Biography Barnstar is listed with the other WikiProject awards and can be awarded easily with a template. See the template page for more details.

The newsletter is back! Many things have gone on during the past few months, but many things have not. While the assessment drive helped revitalize the assessment department of the project, many other departments have received no attention. Most notably: peer review and our "workgroups". A day long IRC meeting has been planned for October 13th, with the major focus being which areas of the project are "dead", what should our goals be as a project, and how to "revive" the dead areas of our project. Contribute to the discussion on the the new channel (see below)
We decided to deliver this newsletter to all project members this month but only those with their names down here will get it delivered in the future.
This is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue. Any and all contributions are welcome. Simply let yourself be known to any of the undersigned or post news on the next issue's talk page

Hi! I have a question to ask. You added the {WPGR|class=Start|importance=High|B-Class-1=no|B-Class-2=yes|B-Class-3=yes|B-Class-4=yes|B-Class-5=no} in Greece national football team talk page. Could you please explain to me what do "B-Class-1=no", "B-Class-2=yes" etc mean? - Sthenel 16:17, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
