[edit] Kim Okgyun and Japan
During the visit to Japan, Kim Okgyun studied under Fukuzawa Yukichi who was the biggest supporter of the independence of the Korea. Kim Okgyun lator helped Fukuzawa Yukichi's plan to publish the first newspaper in Korea.
After the assassination, his adherents Wada(和田延次郎) took Kim Okgyun's body to Japan and had a funeral. His grave is at Aoyama Reien(National Cemetery), Japan.
