Doesn't anyone have basic info on Kim Jong Kook? I mean, he's a pretty famous singer.... Unfortunately, I got into KPop late, so I know very little other than the fact that he's from Turbo, so I'm of no use here. :( SKS2K6 07:41, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
