Kimio Yamada (山田規三生 Yamada Kimio?, born September 9, 1972) is a professional Go player.

Yamada became a professional in 1989. He was promoted to 8 dan in 2000, and 9 dan in 2005. He was the first person to be promoted from 8 dan to 9 dan due to 200 wins as an 8 dan in the Nihon Ki-in. Has two older brothers, Wakio Yamada, and Shiho Yamada.
