[edit] History
Kimberley Boys' High School was founded in 1887. The Boys' High and Girls' High Schools, jointly known as the Kimberley Undenominational Schools, occupied separate wings of the building in Lanyon Terrace until 1913 when they moved to their present site.[2] Many of the boys of this school served with distinction in the armed forces in WWI, WWII, the Korean War, and subsequently in the counter-terrorism and anti-communist operations in southern Africa. It celebrated its Centenary Year in 1987.
