This is a Korean name; the family name is Kim.

Kim Ki Hyeon (Hangul: 김기현; born May 15, 1945 in Daejeon, Korea) is a South Korean voice actor. He joined the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's voice acting division in 1970.
