Kim Geun-Cheol (born June 24, 1983) is South Korean footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder in Gyeongnam FC, member of K-league. He was regarded as one of the decent young midfielders. And he had a competitive relationship with Steelers midfielder Kwon Jip, who had a role of playmaker in Dongbuk High school. During 2006 and 2007 season, he learned new role as a stopper and defensive midfielder. So it is clear that Kim is versatile midfielder.
