Founded in 1957, the Kim Dong Publishing House is a Vietnamese publisher of children's literature with headquarters in the capital city of Hanoi. The company sells twelve million copies and releases one thousand new titles annually. The company recently entered into a partnership with authors and illustrators from Denmark, facilitated by a grant of 1.9 million DKK secured by Danish Ambassador Peter Lysholt Hansen.[1]
