This image is suitable for use on Wikipedia under the fair use policy as it meets all the criteria of the policy. The reasons for it meeting all the criteria are detailed as follows.

  1. No Free Image Exists - the image is the property of The Disney Corporation who retain copyright over the image and the characters portrayed therein. Additionally, because of the IP ownership, no free image could be created or can be presumed to exist.
  2. Respect for commercial opportunities - this one frame still image should have no impact on Disney's ability to sell DVDs, merchandise and should have no impact on audience figures for each episode.
  3. Minimal Use & Resolution - this image is used in the following article shego which is the only article where the image is necessary to assist in the description and discussion of the image. Any further use would be considered as being decorative. The resolution of this image is below the threshold for commercial use.
  4. Previous Publication - the image has previously been published. This image is readily available to the public on DVD or through Disney's own media distribution network (including Disney Channel/Disney Channel Website)
  5. Content - this image is encyclopedic and will assist readers in understanding the topic(s) discussed in any article which uses this image by providing an object illustration of its content and/or demonstrating unique scene relevant to the plot/character being discussed
