Apparently qualifies as an island, but was attached to the mainland by artificial means. --MacRusgail (talk) 20:35, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

As the article lacks references I am reluctant to add an 'importance' (which would probably be 'mid') until its ex-island status can be verified. Ben MacDui^Talk/Walk 16:56, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
