Kiet Nguyen (March 3, 1959-) was the son of a previous Vietnamese attorney, Vick Nguyen,[1] who was a previous chairman of the Vietnamese BAR association[2] in San Jose, California. Kiet, after studying law under his father eventually became the chairman in the Vietnamese BAR association twenty years after his father's term ended. He was the chair of the group of Vietnamese attorneys from 1990-2000. He attended Santa Teresa High School also located in San Jose, California. Born in San Francisco, Kiet attended Harvard Law at age 17. After undisputably remarkable scores on his LSATs (Law School Admission Test), Kiet moved to San Jose, home to many Vietnamese refugees that immigrated after the Vietnam War in 1975. He is known for constantly battling Vietnamese civil rights. He still resides in San Jose, California with his family and manages many other Vietnamese Law firms.
