Limited to 1000 hand numbered copies, the 7" version contains unreleased live tracks and was given out at one of their shows in 1995 to promote their upcoming album 1995. The A-side was recorded at the TV show Raw Soup in London in 1993, and the B-side at DOCKS, Hamburg, in 1994.
