[edit] Origin of name

I was told by a local, that the name "Kick em Jenny" came from some French expression, sounding like caiquon something. Unfortunately even the French Wikipedia does not mention this. Can anybody support this, or was I mistaken? --84.129.131.105 20:50, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
