Kickin' It Up is the second studio album by American country music singer John Michael Montgomery. The album was released by Atlantic Records on January 25, 1994. On February 19, the album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. Four songs were released from the album, "I Swear," "Rope the Moon," "Be My Baby Tonight" and "If You've Got Love." All but "Rope the Moon" reached #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart; in addition, the title track charted at #74 from unsolicited airplay. "I Swear" would later be covered by pop group All-4-One, whose version was also a hit single.[1]

The album has been certifiedMulti-platinum by the RIAA for sales of over 4 million copies.[2]
