"Kick Him When He's Down" is the only single from The Offspring's second album, Ignition. It was only released in Europe, and no video was created. This single was released after the last single from the band's Smash album, most likely to generate interest in the band's older material. The song is about sticking up for yourself, and it proves that if you get into a fight, get back up and fight back.
