From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hello Khym, welcome to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. You can learn more on the how to edit page. The naming conventions and style guide pages are also useful. There is a sandbox which you can use to experiment in. If you have any questions, see the help pages or add a question to the village pump. If you ever think a page or image should be deleted, please list it at the votes for deletion page. There is also a votes for undeletion page if you want to retrieve something that you think should not have been deleted. Angela 00:21, 28 Aug 2003 (UTC)
Hi, I think I've done what you were asking on the village pump. Fushigi Yuugi is now just a redirect to Fushigi Yuugi and the temp pages don't exist. Was that right? Angela 02:52, Nov 9, 2003 (UTC)

[edit] Votes for Deletion
Something like Cross-examination debate did not need to be placed on Votes for Deletion. People with admin status here can immediately delete articles that have no meaningful content. Keep up the good work :) Kingturtle 03:11, 23 Nov 2003 (UTC)
[edit] SpamAssassin
I noticed you listed yourself as a SpamAssassin coder on your user page. Do you go by a different name in the project? I'm one of the main developers, so it's odd that I don't recognize your name. Daniel Quinlan 17:25, Dec 3, 2003 (UTC)

[edit] looking for an administrator - I think
Hello Khym:
I'm looking for someone to sort out a little mess that i made and I picked you. I always trust foks who have a K in their name.
I created a page named "Parducci"
and then recreated it as "Corrado Parducci" It now exists as both. "Parducci" should go.
thanks

[edit] Evangelion intro
Hi, thanks for the input - it was very helpful. I considered your reply and modified the proposal; I'm happier with the current result. I also removed your comment and thought it polite to notify you about the fact. See this page for well-reasoned explanation for the removal/edit. -- Card 15:16, 8 Nov 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Article Licensing
Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) v1.0 and v2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 2000 Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:
- Multi-Licensing FAQ - Lots of questions answered
- Multi-Licensing Guide
- Free the Rambot Articles Project
To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:
- Option 1
- I agree to multi-license all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
- DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual
OR
- Option 2
- I agree to multi-license all my contributions to any U.S. state, county, or city article as described below:
- DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual
Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" with "MultiLicensePD". If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. Please let me know what you think at my talk page. It's important to know either way so no one keeps asking. -- Ram-Man (comment| talk)

[edit] Opiates
I see that in March 2004 you redirected MPTP to Fentanyl. I can't find anything on the web to indicate that they're the same thing, and some sources say they're different drugs. For example:
Can i have your blessing to remove the redirect and start a MPTP article? Or is there something i'm missing here?
Thanks, --foobaz·✐ 06:05, 12 Jan 2005 (UTC)

In your article Host desecration, you list two references but no page numbers. Many of us at Wikipedia believe that citing individual pages makes for a better encyclopedia, and since you know the two works that you cited, would you mind doing this? I thank you for your contribution here -- please keep up the excellent work, for Wikipedia thrives due to contributions such as your own. --Zantastik 09:08, 5 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] An observation
I noticed you were in the history of symbolwiki. Have you ever heard of Blissymbolics? --Mlandau 05:38, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
