The image Khre-com.PNG is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Hariharan91) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game
• The image is a small, web-resolution image. (Less than 1000 pixels on each side, 72 pixels/inch)
• The image is used to illustrate the PlayStation 2 remake of the video game in question as mentioned in the article which permits to the reader to have an idea of how it looks like.
• The image's only purpose is to aid in the description of the world of the Kingdom Hearts series, and for no other purpose.
• The image does not limit Square Enix's ability to sell the game.

This image has been used in the Characters of Kingdom Hearts article because I, Nydas believe it to be covered by U.S. fair use laws because:

• The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game series.
• The image is a small, web-resolution image. (Less than 1000 pixels on each side, 72 pixels/inch)
• The image is used to illustrate the style of character design used in the game.
• The image is used to illustrate the progress from concept art, to promotional art to the finished in-game character models.
• The image shows the characters in their principal depicted forms, distinct from promotional artwork, action figures or concept art.
• The image shows the characters in the context of the graphical capabilities of the PlayStation 2.
• The image's only purpose is to aid in the description of the world of the Kingdom Hearts series, and for no other purpose.
• The image does not limit Square Enix's ability to sell the game.
• Non-free alternatives do not exist.
