Kholeno is a mountain in Iran. It is the second highest peak in the central Alborzs region with a height of 4387m. It is situated in Tehran Province and its typical ascending path is from the south face and the village of Zagoon. Ascent in winter is difficult due to avalanches, and has not been achieved for many years. It is sometimes referred to as the highest peak in the Noor mountains, but is 3m shorter than Azadkouh.[1]
