Khoi Vinh

Khoi Vinh is the design director for The New York Times website since 2006.
He was born in 1971 in Saigon, Vietnam and immigrated to the United States at the age of three and a half with his family. He grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland and Orange County, California. He attended Otis College of Art and Design, graduating with a major in Graphic Design in 1993. In 1998, he moved to New York and began designing almost exclusively for the web and interactive media. In 2001, he founded a design studio, Behavior, with colleagues.
