[edit] Biography
KhanadaRhodes was born on August 15 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At a very young age, she moved with her family to Kissimmee, Florida. They lived there for quite some time until her father's job forced them to relocate to Cocoa, Florida. Later, they moved yet again to Memphis, Tennessee where she now currently resides.
She uses Safari to browse the internet with her iMac, which runs Tiger. Her preferred search engine is Google and chats with her friends online using Adium. To play games, she breaks out her Wii or Coral Pink DS_Lite. These days though, it's mostly the Wii. As for games? Right now, it's all about Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Her favourite colour is lime green. Her birth stone is (not surprisingly) Peridot. Her zodiac sign is Leo, and she was born in the year of the pig.
She drives a brand new 2007 Speedway Blue Toyota Corolla S which she loves to death.

[edit] Politics
This is of course not the place to debate politics, but I'm merely stating my opinions, as it plays a great part in who I am. I am a Democrat, although I do have some Socialist leanings. I intend on voting for Sen. Obama this November for President. I believe the war in Iraq needs to stop; we need to have some sort of exit strategy though so citizens there are not left to fend for themselves. The money saved on not spending money on the war can then be spent on ways to reduce our carbon emissions, such as tax breaks for those who buy hybrid or alternative fuel vehicles, or even better, those who choose alternate methods of transportation. More money needs to spent on recycling, and make it more widespread across the country. It's such a way of life for every other country, yet for most Americans, when they're done with their plastics and glasses, they just pitch them like anything else.
I am also pro-choice. I believe it is the woman's decision as to what she chooses to do with the fetus, although the man can have some input of course. But ultimately, it is up to her as she will be the one carrying the child to term should she keep it. I am also opposed to the death penalty. Maybe that sounds hypocritical, but I view a fetus and a murderer as two different things, and I don't think we or any mere mortal has any right to decide what happens to someone; whether or not they have the right to go on living. That's up to whoever you think it is. God, Allah, fate...whatever you believe in. Not us. Torture is wrong as well and should never be used. Nothing good comes of it, and it just makes countries who use it look silly by treating prisoners so inhumanely. Or even worse, leaving it up to other countries to do the torturing while we look the other way and pretend nothing's happening. Despite all this, I am not totally opposed to guns, I do understand many want to have them to make their families feel safe. But I think the laws need to be even tighter than they already are. Citizens have the right to bear arms, but that right can always be taken away.
Also, despite me thinking citizens can choose to bear arms, I do not believe violence is the answer. Of course, turning a blind eye to attacks on us would be a silly notion, but to go to war isn't necessarily the answer either. To me, it's an absolute, absolute last minute thing, that should only be used when both sides just can't come to an agreement, and talking isn't working anymore.
[edit] Miscellaneous
I prefer Macs over PCs, but I'm not some über-elitist. I do love my iMac, though.
