Himanshu Khagta is a student living in Shimla and working as a freelance programmer, Graphic-designer, Web-designer and Photographer. He is also a member of a member of a US based Non profit Organisation, My Himachal. He is a part of a team which runs and manages a blog (himachal.us) on Himachal Pradesh.

He was born at Rohru, District Shimla on 29 June 1990. He had done his schooling from Dayanand Public School. He made his first website when he was 13 and is currently running numerous blogs and has made many websites.
