Raja Jehandad Khan was a prominent chief of Gakhars (kiyani) who was given the title of C.I.E and Khan Bahadur from the british Government. His family which dates back to Mughal Emperor Akbar reign, had a major role in shaping the history of Jehlum, Rawalpindi and Attock.
