[edit] Relevance of a brief explanation of the Combatant Status Review Tribunals?

This article contained two brief paragraphs of explanation of the Combatant Status Review Tribunals. I started adding the brief explanation based on feedback I got from readers. I agree with them that a brief explanation is appropriate and makes the articles more accessible to readers who aren't familiar with the details of how Guantanamo is run.

Another wikipedian removed it today, with the explanation that it was "irrelevant". But I believe they are mistaken. Further, I am going to suggest to them that this may be an instance when they are misreading WP:BOLD. -- Geo Swan 20:45, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
