Khazar Ibrahim

Khazar Ibrahim (b. 1978-05-30 in Azerbaijan) is the spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.

He graduated from the Baku State University, Azerbaijan, with an MA in International Relations, from Georgetown University, Washington, with an MA in Security Studies.

He is a career diplomat with a posting to the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United States and several political-military related positions in Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
