Khaver Talibova (Azərbaycan: Xavər Talıbova; Russian: Хавер Талыбова) – a Hero of Socialist Labor and prominent communist leader in Lankaran, was born in 1924 in Lenkaran, Azerbaijan SSR.
She held various communist leadership positions in Azerbaijan, which had significant influence on the development of agriculture of the Lankaran region. She is remembered as a strong and charismatic women-leader in many ordinary people memories. She was an ardent believer that true communism will come to Azerbaijan SSR and fought against corruption in the Communist party system.
Talibova died in 1995.
