Khalil Carter

Khalil R. Carter (born September 13, 1976) is a defensive back with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League, the Toronto Phantoms and the Kansas City Brigade of the Arena Football League. As an AFL player, he has also spent time playing wide receiver.
Carter played collegiately for the University of Arkansas.
Though born in Washington, D.C., Carter was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas.
