Khalifa Point is small town in located in Lasbela District, Balochistan, Pakistan.

The Pak-Iran Oil Refinery was planned to be built at this location. Now Pakistan's government has approved a $2-billion mega oil refinery at Khalifa Point in district Hub City on April 12, 2006.
