Khalida Toumi

Khalida Toumi (born 13 March 1958), aka Khalida Messaoudi, is an Algerian politician, former minister and feminist activist. She was born at Ain Bessem, Bouira, in the north of Algeria. In 2009, she became to run for president in Algeria, in the Algerian presidential election, 2009.
