Khairtabad is a large suburb in Hyderabad, India. It is the biggest assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh.

Khairatabad has a major road junction with five roads meeting here, called the Khairatabad circle, which is one of the busiest crossroads in the city.

There are many notable establishments including RTA's(Road transport authority) Head office, Media major ETV's head quarters, the Press club, College for practising managers, Laymen's church etc.

Joining Khairatabad circle is the Raj Bhavan road, where the residential office of the President of India is located.

The Khairatabad flyover starts at the circle and leads to Hussain sagar lake.

The largest Ganesh Idol in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad is put at the Khairtabad state library during the Ganesh chaturthi festival and is immersed at Hussain sagar lake.

Khairtabad is connected by MMTS Hyderabad, a local train service.

Buses are run by the state-owned APSRTC, and is well connected to all parts of Hyderabad.
