Khagrachari or Khagrachhari (Bengali: খাগড়াছড়ি) is an Upazila of Khagrachari District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Khagrachhari has a population of 61306. Males constitute are 54.02% of the population, and females 45.98%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 32215. Khagrachhari has an average literacy rate of 33.7% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
