KGOU (KGOU/KROU) is a NPR(News/Talk)/Jazz music Blues musicradio station serving the Oklahoma City area and is owned by University of Oklahoma.

KGOU was originally licensed as a commercial rock music station to the University of Oklahoma in 1970, broadcasting at 106.3 FM. The university applied for a non-commercial Class A license and switched the station's format to Public Radio in January 1983. Programming is simulcast by KROU (105.7 FM) in Spencer, Oklahoma, and by translators K276ET (103.1 FM) in Seminole, Oklahoma, and K251AS (98.1 FM) in Ada, Oklahoma. On August 10, 2007 KGOU began broadcasting 24 hours a day. The station has also doubled its power output to 6,000 watts in the latter part of 2007.
