KGJT-LP, channel 27, is the low-powered MyNetworkTV affiliate for Grand Junction and the rest of western Colorado. KGJT is owned by Hoak Media Corporation, which also owns CBS affiliate KREX-TV.

Hoak Media also operates the Parker Broadcasting owned FOX affiliate KFQX via a LMA. Although the station does not have a digital signal of its own, KGJT can also be seen on KREX's DT2 digital subchannel. This practice began when KGJT changed network affiliations fron UPN to MyNetworkTV on September 5, 2006. KGJT does not have a website of its own, but a programming grid for the channel can be seen on KREX's website.

Further information: KREX-TV#Studio Fire

A fire knocked KREX, KFQX and KGJT off the air on Sunday January 20, 2008 at approximately 8:45 AM local time. The station's building and 50 years worth of archives are a total loss. The exact cause of the fire is not known at this time. The station was safely evacuated as the fire department arrived.

The KREX Studios are a total loss according to the station's general manager. It is unknown at present if KGJT has been temporarily replaced on cable or over-the-air. According to titan.tv, KGJT is currently repeating KREX's programming, with no variances in the schedule.
