KFNS-FM (100.7 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Sports radio format. Licensed to Troy, Missouri, USA, the station serves the St, Louis area. The station is currently owned by Simulcast, LLC and features programing from Westwood One, Fox Sports Radio and Sporting News Radio.[1] The station often simulcasts with KFNS (AM) (590 kHz), which is located in the St. Louis suburb of Webster Groves, Missouri.[citation needed]

KFNS-FM was the radio home of the River City Rascals of the Frontier League of Independent Baseball during the seasons of 1999 through 2002, and again in 2006.
