Karen "Kezzy" Kurt is an upcoming fictional character on the long-running British Channel 4 television soap opera Hollyoaks.
She will be played by actress Regan Fox

Kezzy will arrive in Hollyoaks on the 17th November 2008, and con Josh Ashworth into thinking that she is a 16 year old girl, when she is in fact, trying to hide away from her murderous ex-boyfriend Warren Fox.

Pretty soon, Warren will discover how Kezzy lied to him and will be desperate to get her back, he claims that he will kill to get her back. To which Kezzy replies "if you must, go ahead" and waves to Josh. Could this be Josh's ultimate demise?
