Lodging in Keystone Colorado is almost entirely owned by individuals. The few exceptions are the arapahoe inn and keystone lodge and a new Marriott will be partially opened in 2007. This lodging tends to be more hotel like.
Most of the 2,000 individually owned condominiums are managed and rented by management companies. You have three main choices to rent.
- Keystone Resort Management - The resort's propery management company
- Independant property management - SkyRun Condos
- Directly from Owner - Find the owner on sites such as www.vrbo.com
There are tradeoffs from renting each way like cost (lowest from owner) and level of service (best with property management firms that are onsite) and access to discounts on lift tickets and equipment rentals (best from the independant property managers).
