[edit] Sackville Ward?
I only recently discovered the Sackville Ward, after living in Kew for the past 10 years, in the Wikipedia entry for Kew. Initially I googled the 'Sackville Ward' and found a couple of hits with Real Estate websites I thought that it might just exist. Then I decided to look up the 2006 census report on the income of those living within the ward -- I can only conclude that it doesn't really seem to have any real effect on the houses -- and therefore those living in them. One would expect a raised level of income due the expense of the houses within the regions bounds. [1]
It may contain some fantastic examples of Victorian Buildings but the vast majority of the households do not appear to have an effect on this area. An example of Real Estate agents attempting to creating a high value area? There is no mention of this off Real Estate sites...
