This user is Kevin J. P. Kearney-Stevens, born 1935, Irish Nationality. Resident of Switzerland since 1970. Former Member of the Management of The Bank for International Settlements, Basel where he founded the Information Technology Service and established the Economic and Monetary Data Bank for the central banks of the Group of Ten Countries and Switzerland before retiring in 1989.
