"After this incident, knowing Chimaira was searching for a new drummer to replace Andols Herrick, Kerry King hooked them up. This association gave birth to Chimaira's self-titled album. Kevin toured with Chimaira until early 2006, as Andols Herrick decided to join Chimaira again."

That's false ! Kevin Talley was not contacted to replace Andols, but Ricky (already Andols replacement). All the story with Ricky at the drums isn't here.

I'll not edit the current article myself (because i'm a little frenchy with just some basic english capability) so if someone wants to add the following part (with some vocabulary/grammary correction !) just go ahead, it's the real chronological version, copyright-less (as all these english mistakes are proving !)

[edit] Ricky part, to complete the current article

During the summer 2003, after the tour with Soilworks and In Flames, Andols Herrick decided to leave the band to poursue other interests (graduate in college, and some family business) and because the touring lifestyle didn't fit him well. So when Chimaira was urgely looking for a replacement drummer as fast as they can (to continue touring in Europe) they immediatly thought about Richard "Ricky" Evensand, Soilwork drummer they met during the last tour. He immediatly answers to them positively and begins practicing all songs to be ready for the tour.

Rickard Evensand, a veteran of the Swedish Rock scene citing credits with Ebony Tears, Dog Faced Dogs, Funksters It's Alive, Manic Depression, Southpaw, Eyeball, Demonoid and Sorcerer took over and the band continued their live schedule when they embarked on their first headlining tour in 2004 with February shows aligning Chimaira with Stampin' Ground and Everytime I die after which the band joined Slipknot and Fear Factory for the fourth instalment of the Jagermeister Music US tour.

But the group was unable to continue with Evensand due to swedish visa complications and some mood problems. Drafting a new drummer in the form of ex-Diety, Dying Fetus, Suffocation, M.o.d and Misery Index man Kevin Talley, based on recommandations by Kerry King. They were already thinking about him when Andols quit, but Ricky won the drums sit because of the friendship they built touring with soilworks.

The partnership between Talley and Chimaira last 1 year and a half, until January 2006, when Andols asked the band to be forgiven and reintegered as drummer.
