Kevin Gilbert was a very talented and tortured artist. It is a prime example of someone who was very gifted having to rub up against the machinery of the soul-less recording industry.
He is remembered as someone who could write, perform, record, and produce at a very high standard.

Is there any intention to clean this article up? It needs it, and fails to cite some of its sources. I seem to recall that his death was by autoerotic asphyxiation. Should this be in the article? 66.167.88.54 07:51, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
