I think that this article should not be deleted as it gives information about the history of a club, which for over 102 years has been an important part of live in a number of areas in Dublin. It engages with everyone from the community with the sole aim of preserving and promoting hurling, a uniquely Irish sport which has been played for close to three milenia and is of huge cultural value to Irish people. This article can also be expanded over time when more information can be gathered and added. Shane teehan 18:40, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

  • I vote keep as well. If it was formed just last week or last year, that wouldn't be much... but it's been around for so long that it seems to be worth mentioning. HOWEVER please add references so that it is verifiable!--Paul McDonald 19:35, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
