Kevin Yates (born 6 November 1972 in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada) is an English prop forward for the Saracens rugby union club. He has two England caps, which he won on the 1997 tour to Argentina.

Yates is however best known for the 6 month ban he received for biting the ear of London Scottish flanker Simon Fenn on January 10, 1998 whilst playing for Bath. He subsequently moved to play for the Super 12 side Wellington Hurricanes before returning to England to play for Sale and Saracens.

He has recently been called up for England's tour of South Africa alongside Saracens team mates Matt Cairns and Andy Farrell .
