Song born in South Korea, has been playing poker since 1980 and then later on in 1995 began playing in poker tournaments in which he has cashed in many of them throughout his poker career, among them are over 20 World Series of Poker events.
Song has one World Series of Poker bracelet that he won in the 1997 $2,000 Limit Hold'em event earning $397,120.[1]
Song has finished in the money 5 times in the World Poker Tour, including placing 9th in the 2003 L.A. Poker Classic.
As of 2008, his total live tournament winnings exceed $3,000,000.[2]
