Kevin Michael McHale (born June 14, 1988 in Plano, Texas) is an actor and the 2nd lead singer in the boy band NLT.

McHale was the third member of the NLT quartet, which began in 2003. He is the oldest member of the group and is one of the lead singers along with Travis Garland.

McHale has acted in a few episodes of Zoey 101. He played the character Dooley. In November 2007, McHale played a role of the television series The Office. In the Launch Party episode, his character, a pizza delivery boy, is held hostage by Steve Carell's character. He was also in a Febreze commercial. Kevin is set to have a role in True Blood which will air in 2008.
